Hat-trick against Liverpool U15 — MIC, Spain, 2026
Independent fan-built tracker. Not affiliated with Minerva Academy FC or AIFF.
In 2019, one academy made a 15-year promise: India at the 2034 FIFA World Cup. In 2026, its boys beat Liverpool 6-0. This ledger tracks them — every year, by name, in public — until the whistle blows in Saudi Arabia.
Exact kickoff date not yet announced by FIFA. Counting to 1 June 2034 — we’ll correct the clock the day they announce.
Minerva Academy’s “World Cup Batch 2034” is a backward-mapped 15-year plan: scout thousands of kids across India, hand the best of them full scholarships, and build them — deliberately, year by year — into the team that qualifies India for the 2034 World Cup.
In the summer of 2025 the batch swept the Gothia, Dana and Norway Cups — a first for any Indian team. In 2026 it beat Liverpool’s U15s 6-0 in Spain and won the Helsinki Cup off the back of it. To pay for the touring, the academy’s founder reportedly crowdfunded, borrowed personally, and mortgaged his own assets. A sports minister tweeted congratulations. The receipts stayed private.
Promises like this usually get one news cycle. This platform is the counter-bet: a public ledger that doesn’t forget — the players by name, the system that helps or fails them, counted down to 2034.
I will track this batch. Every year. By name.

At the Mediterranean International Cup in Spain, the batch beats Liverpool FC U15 6-0 — the first Indian academy to do it. India’s Sports Minister calls it "a new beginning for Indian football."
